Mr Heng came for eye examination with existing multifocal glasses of 2 years having a lot of scratches.
Examination showed:
R: +1.25 (6/6)
L: +1.25 (6/6)
Addition: +2.00 (N5@40cm)
Mr Heng’s longsighted power is the same and reading power has increased 025. He still attains optimum vision 6/6, as his cataract is very minimal.
Choosing stainless steel material so that the frame can withstand sweat and corrosion, in a vintage colour. Due to his job scope that he needs to be working outdoor during daytime, he opts for colour changing lenses that conveniently change into Transitions brown colour upon exposure to UV/the sun. Sometimes, he is needed to go back indoor, so lenses will automatically fade back to clear. He also needs to take measurements in which clear near vision is required. Continuing with multifocal lenses so as to be able to see from far to near vision simultaneously clear, and he has upgraded his multifocal design to having BBGR Evolis of France lenses so that he can see wider near area during measurement taking.
