Teacher Christina came for eye examination with complaint of dryness with contact lens.
Examination showed:

Teacher Christina’s shortsighted power has increased 025 in both her eyes in about 2-3 years, in which her power is pretty stabilised already. She complained that she can no longer wear her contact lenses like how she used to. We did dry eye evaluation “fluorescein staining” and found that she has staining on her cornea on both her eyes, especially right eye. This is a sign of dry eye from her contact lens wear. She is advised to lay off from contact lens wear and to use non-preserved artificial tears every day to moist her eyes so as to restore the integrity of her cornea.
