Maathavan came for eye examination, complaining of slight blurry vision on whiteboard at school, without glasses.

Things accelerate, opening up to many possibilities be it learning, interaction or entertainment, through the usage of digital devices. While all are pushed online, our eyes are made to fixate upclose so much more now. Changes on our visual behaviour must be noted.. as excessive near work is the catalyst of power increment that is of concern these days. The awareness of proper visual hygiene must be greatly instilled since young. If our children can understand and simply & easily rhyme out 20-20-20 rule, good lighting when reading, sit up to read and so on, and that’s just fantastic!
