One Eye is ShortSighted & Another Eye is LongSighted?

Diviyah (F/24) came for eye examination complaining glaring & slight blurry far vision looking at screen during lecture.

Vision with own glasses about 2years:
R: -1.25/-0.75×20 (6/6)
L: +1.25/-2.00×10 (6/21-)
She previously had her initial glasses in which she said she felt so dizzy that she could not wear the glasses. This power is her adjusted power so that she can wear her glasses comfortably since one eye is shortsighted and another eye is longsighted, this we term as antimetropia. Her power brings to the difference of power 250 between both eyes, we term as anisometropia. Normally, first time wearer can tolerate up until 200 power difference between both eyes, and child can adapt better than adult.

Examination showed:
R: -1.25/-0.75×20 (6/6)
L: +2.00/-3.00×10 (6/12-)

Diviyah gains a few more lines on her left eye with the new power. Now that she has adapted to her old power, we can increase the big power difference in order to maximise her vision. She can see line 6/12- in her left eye, and this eye has lazy eye/amblyopia. In very big difference of power between both eyes, contact lens can be used to correct one eye in giving visual comfort on top of being able to correct power to full degree. Diviyah is not keen on wearing contact lenses, moreover she has adapted to the big power difference so she can go with spectacles.

Diviyah has an the hybrid plastic frame structure that wraps around a metal cupped lens rim of Supreme fitted with Kodak City Lens giving soothing, comfortable of less glaring vision.

Happy to see Diviyah is wearing her glasses comfortably now. We appreciate your feedback in which she feels glaring is more bearable & vision is comfortable to her. She also brought her sister, Kasturi.

Thank you Diviyah for your trust & support!? And thank you parents for bringing your princesses to us!??
