Jian (M/15) came for eye examination, existing glasses were broken for quite some time.
Vision without glasses:
R: 6/30-
L: 6/24-
Examination showed:
R: -1.75/-1.00×15 (6/6)
L: -1.50/-1.00×170 (6/6)
Jian complained of seeing far blurry only with slight eye itch. When prompted whether or not he has headache, he doubtably shook his head. Sometimes, astigmatism power that is uncorrected may bring you headache. Astigmatism power usually should be fully corrected, unless if he/she hasn’t worn any glasses before, and his/her astigmatic power is very high in which we will prescribe partial power to start off with and to increase the degree in subsequent spectacles change.
