Mr Subramaniam came for eye examination complaining headache when watching TV. Near vision is fine with his reading glasses. On medical history, he has hypertension and is under controlled.
Examination showed:
R: -1.50/-0.75×130 (6/12)
L: -0.50/-0.75×80 (6/9)
Mr Subramaniam has shortsighted power & astigmatism in both eyes. He also has cataract in both eyes. He has routine follow-up appointment with his eye doctor on his cataract. Meanwhile, for power like Mr Subramaniam, especially that he has complaint on his far vision, he should wear a pair of glasses to correct his far vision. He always fetches grandchildren from school, so he opts for a pair of colour changing lens so that his eyes are not tensed and feel more relaxed.
Mr Subramaniam came a day earlier, as we were occupied, we hadn’t been able to serve him. He returned the next day and we apologised for having him to come by again. We strive to continuously serve everyone the best we can. Therefore, we still go by appointment basis at your convenience so that we can tender to your eyes with heart, care & details❤️
