Multifocal Glasses After Cataract Surgery?

  • Post author:

Madam Anjalai was accompanied by her son-in-law Mr Mani for eye examination to make a new pair of glasses. Mr Mani previously made his glasses with us.

Examination showed:

R: -0.25/-1.25×105 (6/6)

L: +0.25/-0.75×90 (6/6)

Add: +2.75 (N5@40cm)

Madam Anjalai has done cataract surgery in both eyes few years ago and she sees optimum vision. She reported having diabetes and the condition is well-controlled in terms of her diet and medication. She also goes for follow up with her eye doctor/ophthalmologist on scheduled appointments. She takes an active role in caring for her eyes knowing that diabetes will affect the health of her eye. Yes, regular follow ups between patient, eye doctor and optometrist will help to monitor your vision and eye health to keep diabetic eye disease (termed as diabetic retinopathy) at bay.

Madam Anjalai has chosen stainless steel rim with plastic sides frame of Estee in purple colour to pair with multifocal lenses of Rodenstock Progressive Life Free 2 in clear lenses.

Madam Anjalai has left for her another child’s house now and happy to hear that she is wearing her glasses already. For parents, happiness is about being able to see all your children and grandchildren once a while, if not every day✨

We send our love & respect to Mr Mani for being a lovely, filial son-in-law❤️

Thank you Mr Mani & Madam Anjalai for your trust & support!?
