Madam Loo (F/90) a very energetic & cheerful grandma came for eye examination. She has separate pairs of spectacles, one pair for distance vision, and another reading glasses but she seldoms wear them. She complains of sometimes difficult to watch TV subtitles & dizziness/headache under the sun with dry, gritty sensation especially towards end of the day. She has had cataract surgery in both eyes more than 10years ago.
Madam Loo has some opacification on right eye.
Madam Loo has some lashes wiping against the surface of her right eye.
We refer her to see an ophthalmologist/eye specialist doctor.
