This morning, Madam Tang (F/62) came complaining her vision is blurry and a layer blocking her vision with no pain & redness since few days ago. She reported having cilli gotten into her right eye in which she continuously splashed with water a few days ago.
Upon examination, she can see 6/21 line on testing chart, vision is improved with pinhole to 6/12. Microscope examination shows opacity on her right eye and she has cataract too.
We have advised her to see eye doctor/ophthalmologist at once. Meanwhile, we have asked her to continuously use non-preservative artificial tears to irrigate/wash her eyes. We have the referral letter ready for her already.
