Mr Tamilamban (M/59) came for eye examination with complaints of blurring of vision in left eye recently with no pain. He is a dialysis patient.
His power is:

L: PL (6/18) PHNI

Examination showed he has cataract in his right eye and inflammatory deposits are found on his left eye.
We have advised him to go see an eye specialist doctor/ophthalmologist and we have a referral letter ready for him.
