Kwo (M/24) came to make a new pair of glasses, vision with his current glasses of 3years is fine.
Examination showed:
R: -2.00/-0.75×170 (6/6)
L: -2.00/-0.75×180 (6/6)
Kwo has maintained his shortsighted power of 200 and his astigmatism/“san guang” of 075. His power has stabilised and he has taken good care of his eyes. Working in a car workshop, he will be out in the sun from time to time. Staying under the sun can be very uncomfortable and we tend to squint our eyes to prevent from brutal glaring. With colour changing lenses that turn into dark colour automatically upon exposure to UV, our eyes stay behind dark shield of the lenses, eyes feel cool and comfortable. These lenses also change back to clear automatically when we go indoors, away from UV/sun. So, colour changing lens is a good alternative when putting on sunglasses clip on or changing to sunglasses is not convenient like these kind of circumstances.
From existing very small frame, Kwo has given it a go for bigger titanium rim of Mark William fitted with Hoya Nulux Sensity Grey, all geared up for a hot, good looking gentleman on top of the comfortable outdoor vision always.
