Mr Yee came for nosepad replacement of his glasses. I tried all nosepads in my practice but nothing gave a firm grip. I told him that we will find and update him again. His frame is MiGlaz, honestly I haven’t seen this brand of spectacle frame before.
Searching from the internet and we sent WA messages to a few optical practices to enquire. We thank all who responded to us, giving suggestion to help as well. We appreciate all your replies????
We also searched that Optika Optometrist previously carried MiGlaz. I got in touch with Mr Darren who was very helpful, giving me the agent contact of MiGlaz, Mr Angus. I called Mr Angus, and he got a pair of MiGlaz nosepad, with no charges. Awww, tqtq Angus!
Mr Darren was my ex boss who had taught me when I first graduated. Thank you for all the guidance.. he sometimes can be fierce???? but I know he wanted me to be good too.
Mr Angus was the rep of some of my instrument. He was very attentive to details on top of his lightning speed reply. I also lose him many few streets. I will speed up and improve on my customer service. He came over to my practice at odd hours (after I finished work) to guide me on positioning of the instrument as my practice is a half-shop setting. His price is competitive, straightaway a good price. I truly appreciate your effort.. thank you very much Angus!
