Time for Reflection

We had three downs, we are truly sorry about these incidences.

Incident 1
Last Saturday around noon, Mr Lee walked in complaining that his reading glasses were missing. As I was having another customer friend at that time, I told him that I will make a new pair for him. Today, he came in the afternoon and lenses were yet to come. And I said his glasses were not ready and they will be ready in the evening around 7pm. He came at 7pm and I haven’t cut his lenses. He was very upset and complained of my inefficiency. I admit it is all my mistake and no excuses should be accepted. I have given him a ready-made reading glasses to use it temporarily. I could have given the ready-made reading glass right from the beginning. Im so sorry Mr Lee.. thanks for giving me another chance in which he still complained to me rather than just walked out & never return.

Incident 2
This evening, Ms Diandra came to get her contact lens supply. She is using Bausch & Lomb Ultra of high oxygen lens with ease that I recommended her to try last December. She came to replenish another 4 boxes and I did not have her power. Again, it is my mistake for not ensuring stock availability for all my customer friends. Also, the system did not have her power. This is totally unacceptable. I must rectify and ensure stability on all data for my customer friends. Im so sorry Diandra.. I will ensure that your contact lens supply will always be ready for purchase to your convenience.

Incident 3
Last Saturday evening, Mr Khairi made a pair of glasses in which glasses measurement parameter must be taken. We use digital measurement taking, and it took us a while to connect. He has kept quiet for a moment and finally the tool was ready. Im so sorry for the wait Mr Khairi.. I will rectify the connection to make the whole process run smoothly for your comfort & convenience. Internet connection is inadequate in our area, as we understand, fibre connection is not available here. We depend on Maxis wireless broadband now, and it has not been doing really well. We have lodged complaint to MCMC but to no avail. Maxis came back to us citing infrastructure issue, and nothing that they can do at the moment. If anyone has any suggestion or you know how to go about this, please kindly let us know.

We will do our best to serve, we may not be the fittest but we are growing. We pledge to recognise, rectify, solve and take action on all your complaints and enquiries. Continuing to improve ourselves and stick to what we believe in, to make lives better every day❤️
