Mrs Wong (F/48) came for eye examination, with complaint of difficulty seeing small print wearing her reading glasses that she uses them to walk around in office. She realises that her colleague is able to see small prints but she could not see. She also complains of tired, watery eyes towards end of the day.

Mrs Wong would like to have a pair of glasses to see clearly when she is at work walking around in the office. She does not want to put on & remove her glasses repeatedly every now & then. Once she is out from office, she does not wish to wear her glasses. So, we will prescribe her indoor lens for her to see clearly working on her laptop, in the meeting room to walking around in office.. to support her near vision as we enter presbyopia having “lau hua”.. and this is absolutely normal for everyone above the age of 40s.
Supporting our eyes with appropriate power is all they need.. so that we can continue doing what we love.. and not to be confined by the “numbers” 40s 50s or so.. thinking that we have to compromise.. but really.. we do not need to.
Let us all continue to explore the wildest possibilities… because we are not done yet!🎈❤️
