Ms Yap (F/53) our customer friend came to service glasses.. having separate pairs for driving use & reading. She reported double vision seeing tree during morning walk & vision with driving is not focused.. she feels closing one eye is better than seeing with both eyes.

Closing left eye, right eye sees clearly.. upon closing right eye, left eye sees slightly blurry.

EP = Esophoria is misalignment of the eye, eye is deviated inwards

Near: 2 Base Out

Base Out/EP = Esophoria is misalignment of the eye, eye is deviated inwards

She shared that she had breast cancer 5-6years ago when ophthalmologist asked for her medical history. Dr suggested for a scan & she is scheduled to go back 1month follow up later.
