Uncle Wah (M/66) came for eye examination, with complaint of blurry near vision with his glasses after some time (but he did not bring along).

Add: +2.25 (N5@40cm) Range of clear vision, ROCV: 20cm – 45cm

When we checked one eye & covered the other eye, no plus power/hyperopia wanted.. upon binocular refraction, only eyes accept hyperopic power.

Uncle Wah has some esophoria @ far vision.. but it can be relieved when we give max plus power/hyperopia. So all’s good.
