Abie (F/21) came for eye examination, vision with existing glasses is fine. She will be at outdoor most of the time, so she complains of glaring, her lenses have a lot of scratches.
Vision with glasses of 3+years:
R: -8.25/-1.00×175 (6/7.5-)
L: -6.75/-1.00×165 (6/6-)
Examination shows:
R: -7.25/-1.00×175 (6/6)
L: -6.75/-1.00×165 (6/6)
Abie’s shortsighted power has come down 100 in her right eye. Normally, shortsighted power/myopia is unlikely to decrease in young adult. Sometimes, excessive of near work can induce overstimulation of accommodation/focusing resulting in over power. We will be able to still see clear with the over power should eye accommodation is good. Otherwise, we may tend to have headache especially upon near work wearing over power eye prescription.
Abie is in love with Korean style big eyeshape of Tik Tok for a refreshing outlook to pair it with Advance Atoric Single Vision colour changing Photochromic Gray to get shielded from the sunlight especially when she stays outdoor during work.
